The DC Commission on Human Rights is proud to present the Commission on Human Rights Awards Ceremony on December 11 at the Kaiser Family Foundation’s Barbara Jordan Center. During the annual celebration, the Commission will present its 2014 Cornelius R. “Neil” Alexander Humanitarian Award and announce the winners of the 2014 Youth Human Rights Ambassador Contest.
